SNOW ^.^

So last night it finally snowed a bit , but the sunshine today melted it away ;( soo im still waiting. Other than that i had a pretty fun day, i did some xmas shopping with my sister in the Westchedda Mall. Right now im at my b.f's house & i want to play with my wee ;p . Now that im thinking about it i wish i would have more to say today but im at a loss of words for some reason.

Anyway last night after posting the throwback joint,lol, i was lerking the internet and seen a few Eminem updates. If you didnt know he wrote a book called "The way I am" in which he talks about his journey to the top, he also put some of his old written lyrics in his book. He was a little skeptical about putting it in the book because he said people would see how he writes, basically his style & scratches. The book was released in Oct. 2008. I was able to see the book because my friend has it. It's pretty good. Growing up,(1999, first released album called Slim Shady LP)  i listened to Em' despite his controversial lyrics he has been very successful. You must admit his lyrics have some type of energy and realness to them.


On another note he is also working with nike to release a sneaker, designed as "The Way I am Jordan 2".

**For the Fans he will be releasing a new album in the Spring of 2009 titled "Relapse".

Jamie Foxx has also released a new album today called Intuition, btw it is his 3 major studio album, he has artist T-Pain, Kanye West <3, T.i, Lil'Wayne,Fabolous & Ne-yo featured on it. I didnt cop his album but i was able to peep a few songs. His 1st single is "She got her own" ft. Ne-yo & Fabolous, which is a hit , love it. From what i was able to hear   "Blame it" Ft. T-Pain is going to be a hit.

Keyshia Cole - A Different Me

Keyshia Cole's New album "A Different Me" was released today, and i got it. You might have already herd her 1st  single "Playa Cardz Right" ft. Pac . Anyway im hooked on the few songs i've already herd. She has been very successful in the music bizz and her television show, "The way it is" with her 3rd Season on BET. Ms.Cole has def. reached my top 3 favorite female R&B Artist over the past years.....because her songs are on point, i feel like they tell stories that i can relate to, whether it be pain, love, and a womans strength. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

Late night -.-

so im finally home. I finished helping my niece not too long ago, it was hard to be patient with a child whos lazy and wants the work to be done for them, it kinda got me in a bad mood....

But besides that i found this quote:
"Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future."

When i read this quote i thought what significance does this have on me. I found that forgiving is moving on and being able to surpass the petty shit people have put you through. All it takes is time to heal and comprehend that sometimes people act crazy and do things they shouldn't. This quote also goes with "you live and you learn". By committing mistakes i have learned what happens when these mistakes happen . I do everything in my will power not do the same mistakes. There are some people that i haven't been able to forgive and the quote made me double think whether i should. But how would these people enlarge my future? Am i taking that too literal? Could it be that forgiveness brings peace upon us for years to come? I think to be able to forgive someone is having mental strength , props to those who have been able to do that. I have forgiven people when i felt i shouldn't and in fact they are out of my life now, & with this new love and all, my future has been enlarged ;p . we must think of the future and live the present with hope that our future will be what we have desired.

As for Music

I have decided that i am not going to become a rapper, lol but i still enjoy it although i am not as good as most top notch artists, lol. I am trying to finish working on this song that i wrote off of Estelle's Come Over Song(actually doubt it), the vocals are trash but the lyrics are good. i am sadd that these are the most recent & undone work. ;( Im always hopping in and out of things leaving things half assed done ;p ops.....enjoy

I've been pretty busy since my 1st blog. I haven't had time to explore it or even be able to write & gather my thoughts together. Times are rough but i have the drive to continue with my head high keeping my self and family together. This past weekend my sister, mom and i had a small baby shower for my sister-in-law, whos having my 2nd niece Allison Andrea , my middle name is Allison btw but i dont think they choose that because of me ;p. 

Besides that, i have started a wonderful vacation. Im sitting here wondering what's in store for me this winter ( & helping my niece with her state project), as of now i couldn't be happier. I have a wonderful guy by my side who gives me love, inspiration & good faith everyday. My family supports me 100% on the direction im trying to take my life in.  I've had a rough few years and it feels so good to be back on my feet. I haven't written as much as i should be lately, i just been too busy. I want to make this site grow just don't know how to yet ;( any ideas , im open to the public's opinion.
